Péter is the in-line Partner of EY Hungary’s Strategy and Transactions. Throughout his career he was involved in the process of numerous corporate acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments.
Building on his experience, Péter effectively provides tax due diligence, tax planning and structuring as well and comprehensive tax consulting solutions that cover not only domestic but also cross-border transactions.
He joined EY Hungary in 1999, then worked in the Dublin and London offices as well, where he dealt with comprehensive European tax matters, international tax advisory issues and provided legal advice.
Péter has been a partner at EY for over ten years. He led the Strategy & Transactions service line, then the Tax Procedures and Tax Litigation practice areas of Vámosi-Nagy Ernst & Young Law Office.
Péter graduated from Eötvös Lóránd University as a lawyer, and he is a certified tax advisor.
