Shape the future with confidence
“I see ‘concern for others’ and ‘moderation in all things’ as essential values for creating a better society. We should be mindful of how our actions affect others as doing anything to excess is rarely a good idea. I think that this applies equally to our business and private live.
Even when time is short, I take time to consider how the value offered by EY will establish a long-lasting and trusted relationship with our clients, as well as how I can play my part in developing our people to create a better future for the firm, our clients and wider society.
When it comes to creating a better workplace—whether through DE&I or long-term value (LTV) creation—I believe in fostering an environment where people can reach their full potential. This is not about conforming and becoming the same: it is about recognizing and valuing each other’s differences.”
