Jesse Rothermel is a Partner in Ernst & Young LLP’s Performance Improvement (TE) practice, specializing in large SAP-enabled business transformation projects.

For 20 years, he has led business transformation and technology implementation programs across a variety of industries, focusing on clients that manufacture and sell products. He has 10+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, covering both pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Consistently involved in complex engagements, Jesse has extensive knowledge of delivery lead responsibility, client relationship management, quality assurance and implementation. ​

Currently, Jesse works with clients to initiate their SAP S/4HANA journey, facilitating activities like business case development, program scoping, deployment strategy, program governance, and solution architecture. ​His experience also includes sponsoring and delivering transformational programs across all primary functions, including corporate/ back-office, research and development, commercial operations, and supply chain/ manufacturing. ​

Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
