Madina is a dispute resolution lawyer with over four years of litigation experience. She is a member of the IUSTUS Chamber of Legal Consultants.
Her professional practice includes:
- Commercial and administrative disputes (including challenges to actions and acts of state authorities);
- Tax and customs disputes;
- Unfair competition disputes in the pharmaceutical industry;
- Arbitration.
She has extensive experience in the comprehensive legal support of business activities of foreign and local companies in Kazakhstan, including representation before courts and state authorities, as well as transaction structuring and support.
Madina also advises international and Kazakhstani companies on employment, corporate, and healthcare regulatory matters under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In addition to her legal practice, Madina is actively involved in drafting amendments to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in academic and professional publications.
