Roman Yurtayev specializes in tax legislation and planning, with a focus on transfer pricing, corporate income tax, and value-added tax. With over 20 years of experience advising international and Kazakhstani companies across a range of industries, he supports clients in identifying and managing tax risks, developing tax-efficient strategies, and conducting comprehensive tax reviews.
Roman completed a secondment at EY’s Düsseldorf office in Germany, where he deepened his expertise in transfer pricing and international taxation.
He is a certified member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a graduate of the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research (KIMEP).
