Experienced in intelligent buildings and smart cities. Champion of innovation and the strategic importance of cities.

Selina is the Managing Partner for EY Oceania Real Estate and Construction practice. She is a member of EY Oceania Executive Leadership team, with managerial responsibility for the resources, energy, industrial products and real estate portfolio. She is also part of EY Global Real Estate and Construction Leadership team, with responsibility for innovation, and leads the EY knowledge collaboration with Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Center for Real Estate.

Selina’s career has spanned across numerous countries and sectors, including real estate, pharmaceuticals and consumer products. She has worked in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Selina holds an MCom degree and a BA degree in Economics and a Diploma of Education. 

How Selina is building a better working world

Selina is passionate about understanding the interplay between real estate, and its technological, societal and geopolitical influences. She is a vocal champion of cities, and the role they play in fueling the economic prosperity, livability and sustainability of future generations.

Selina is a member of the Property Council of Australia’s National Cities Roundtable. She is also a strategic adviser to the Property Male Champions of Change, a group of 21 male CEOs leading visible action to enhance gender equality in real estate.

Selina leads the EY Global Intelligent Building working group with oversight of solution development and alliances and is part of EY Future Cities team working together to build a better world.
