Winna has over 25 years of experience working with global companies and private equity firms, managing large, complex assignments, including M&A transactions, integration, finance modernization and process improvements, IPOs, cross-border filings, and IFRS and US GAAP conversions.

Winna provides consistent global delivery of EY services to private equity clients’ portfolio companies aligned with their investment and value-creation strategies.

As the EY Americas ESG Private Equity Leader, Winna shares insights on sustainability and ESG strategies to help integrate ESG into the private equity lifecycle (from diligence through to value creation to exit).

Winna was the EY NextWave Private Equity podcast host from 2020 to 2023, having created the successful series to bring industry trends and insights to the private equity community.

Winna holds a GDPA and a BA in Industrial Relations from McGill University. She is a US Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant in Canada and Australia.
