Erika is the EY Americas Corporate Responsibility Leader. In her role, she is responsible for executing on the Americas Corporate Responsibility priorities and commitments to drive maximum social impact benefiting our people, clients and communities.

Prior to this role, Erika was the Director for the Office of the EY US Chairman, and Director of Operations and Strategy in the US-Central Region and Regional Managing Partner Chief of Staff. In those roles, she served as a strategic partner with an unwavering focus on business priorities and ensuring seamless operations. She also directed complex tactical and strategic initiatives that supported leadership objectives and drove organizational success.

Erika received her Bachelor of Science, Accounting, from Butler University. She sits on the board for Chicago United and Common Ground Foundation, and is an investor in Solo Funds, an organization providing affordable access to loans.
