How Ralf is building a better working world

“In my work with clients, I focus on improving the accounting implications in complex transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and IPOs. My teams and I work closely with clients to reduce any additional workload from the transaction and to aim for their long-term company success.”
