Andrew has successfully advised on several financial restructuring mandates, particularly for companies operating in the oil and gas services and equipment sector. He offers strategic guidance ranging from managing key stakeholders, protecting essential assets and navigating the complexities of a financial restructuring, from origination to negotiation and implementation.

Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and an Accounting and Finance graduate from the London School of Economics.
