Ankit leads EY’s Assurance Advisory practice and the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) in Norway. He also serves as EY Norway's IPO leader and is a member of the Norwegian Assurance Leadership Team.
Ankit is responsible for FAAS, which supports clients in building effective and efficient finance functions through a wide range of accounting, reporting, and analytics services, all supported by digital solutions. The broader Assurance Advisory practice also includes multidisciplinary professionals in Climate Change and Sustainability Services, Forensics and Integrity Services, and Tech Risk.
As EY Norway’s IPO leader, Ankit supports Nordic and international businesses in navigating complex financial reporting and capital markets challenges. His team plays a vital role in IPO planning and execution by working closely with key stakeholders.
Ankit’s experience includes leading complex projects involving IPOs, M&A, sales and restructurings, new contractual arrangements, the implementation of new accounting standards (IFRS & US GAAP), and private exits.
