Partner and Head of Climate Change and Sustainability Services, EY Norge

Hanne has more than 14 years’ experience assisting trade and industry in developing strategies, measures and reporting associated with climate change and sustainability.

Hanne is head of the Climate Change & Sustainability Services (CCaSS) Department at EY Norge, which is part of EYs global network of over 1,000 sustainability consultants. The Norwegian department is comprised of 15 colleagues experienced in auditing, finance, socioeconomics, engineering, biology, geology and chemistry. The department primarily provides services within the fields of sustainability reporting, auditing, climate risk and strategy.

Hanne’s expertise lies in climate risk, sustainability reporting and strategy, including firm-specific advice on how to adapt strategies with respect to market expectations and risk resulting from climate change. Hanne holds a master’s degree in European Business from the ESCP Business School and also studied at the London School of Economics.  Hanne has worked with EY providing advisory services relating to sustainability in a consultancy and a British thinktank.

How Hanne is building a better working world

To me, as part of CCaSS, building a better working world is about how we can work together to support our customers in adapting their strategies, business and systems to meet the challenges resulting from climate change in the best way possible.  

During recent years, Hanne has further developed services associated with reporting, internal governance and climate finance. CCaSS provides services to both the private and public sectors.
