Jennie is the EY Nordic leader for Ernst & Young AB's competency area, organization and workforce transformation. She focuses on connecting strategy and business models to employees through operating models, organizational design and skill shifts. Jennie has previously held several consulting and managerial roles, all of which have the human perspective as a common denominator. Jennie holds MA in Management Accounting from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
How Jennie is building a better working world
Many organizations need to renew themselves to maintain their market position and deliver on their strategy. Constant change, focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and talent shortages force organizations to act when there are insufficient conditions for success. Discussing centralized or decentralized organizations is no longer interesting. Instead, the focus should be on how intentional collaboration can be increased and how leaders can show the way in this new era.
