Lars has been with EY since 2012, both as an auditor and as a consultant with main focus on financial reporting and capital markets transactions/IPOs. Lars has over the years worked as financial reporting advisor for some of the largest listed companies in Norway as well as assisted companies through their IPOs in both Oslo and the US.
Lars is currently heading the competency area Financial Reporting and Stakeholder Communication in Norway, focusing on topics such as IFRS/GAAP conversion and advisory, Consolidation and financial statements preparation, Regulatory reporting changes, Management reporting and IR support.
Other experience and competence include finance function transformations, various leadership roles and interim roles such as accounting director for listed companies.
Lars holds a master’s degree in finance from NHH and is also state authorized public accountant.
