Line is responsible for the talent and people agenda in EY Norway. She also holds the Regional HR responsibility for Core Business Services (CBS). Key reponsibility is to ensure exceptional HR to our employees in Norway and in CBS across all of our services, locations and diverse needs. All to enable exceptional client and employee experiences.
Prior to this Line was the Regional Talent Attraction and Acquisition team leader in the Nordics. Where she had the privelege to oversee strategy, sourcing and attracting and hiring diverse and exceptional talent to EY.
Line has been with EY twice in her career.

"Everyone deserves to experience what good leadership is. A good leader can be the key to people reaching their potential and being themselves at work. It creates ripples in the water, going far beyond our EY walls. I coach both managers in the transition to new roles and existing roles. Everyone can get better.
As an extension of coaching, I work to reduce barriers to talking about mental health in our organisation. We all have mental health. Mental health is about the individual feeling well at work. Still, it is also about leadership - that we as managers dare to show vulnerability and talk about sometimes difficult things. When we combine this with a good dose of generosity, there will be sound ripple effects."
