That is why we have developed standard tools and dashboards that support quick set up of your project management framework and, if needed, can be customized to your needs. EY-designed IPM Toolkit includes procedures, techniques, and templates with which project deliverables or project information are created. It is constantly improved based on all new experiences from newly delivered projects and can be easily adapted to specific projects or project organization.

After commencing a new project, in the first step we carry out a diagnosis of the project and its environment in order to set priorities for the Project Manager, then we proceed to project initiation, planning, implementation, hypercare and closing. The entire project lifecycle will be supported by Change & Stakeholders Management and Monitoring & Control activities to ensure effective and transparent communication with key stakeholders. Depending on the Client’s requirements, we can play a supporting or leading role in the project through  the entire lifecycle or individual phases. We are able to achieve this thanks to our experience and ready to use toolkit.
