EY Capital Structure and Restructuring Conference, 8th edition

The key challenges of securing new financing and restructuring processes in times of geopolitical turmoil are the main topics we will be discussing at this year's conference.

As every year, our conference is addressed primarily to the representatives of financing or restructuring institutions, lawyers, managers and other professionals supporting structuring and restructuring processes.

In the relaxed, informal setting of Villa Foksal in Warsaw, over a glass of wine, this evening event will provide an excellent opportunity to discuss current challenges and opportunities in financing and restructuring in a changing market environment. During the meeting, we will also share best practices in structuring complex investment projects as well as restructuring in Poland and Europe.

The conference will be held on May 21, 2025 from 4:30 pm.
