The strategy and transaction advisory team of EY supported the owners of MED-LUX Sp. z o.o. in the acquisition of an investor for the Company's two specialized medical clinics in Przeźmierowo and Luboń located near Poznań. The owners of MED-LUX signed a sales agreement with Scanmed S.A., a portfolio company of the Abris Capital Partners fund.
The EY M&A team included: Grzegorz Cywiński, Łukasz Trojanowski, Marcin Skrobek, Maciej Świerkocki and Kamil Homski.

MED-LUX Sp. z o.o. is a provider of family medicine (GP), occupational medicine, outpatient care by specialist doctors and offers access to extended, specialist diagnostics. The company has 28 specialist clinics operating within two outpatient clinics located in Przeźmierowo and Luboń in the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, as well as a Rehabilitation Centre (also located in Przeźmierowo).
