Ashu is the EY Global Tax Industry Leader. He facilitates the blend of EY Tax competencies with the knowledge of eight industry markets by which the EY organization is structured.
With over 25 years of experience as a public accountant, Ashu works with global clients, especially in the media, entertainment, & technology sectors.
Prior to this, as the EY Global Delivery Services Tax Leader, Ashu led a massive transformation, building a network of 17,000+ global delivery tax professionals, including tax technology and legal managed services.
Ashu was a finalist at the 2022 International Tax Review Awards (North America Tax Practice Leader). He received the Lubin Alumni of the Year Award from Pace University and the Sequoia Award for developing young talent from Arthur Andersen LLP.
Ashu holds an MBA in International Business Management from European University and an MS in Accounting from Pace University. He is a New York State CPA.
