Areas of focus

Bartłomiej gained experience in leading Polish law firms, think-tanks and a German consulting company. Furthermore, he was a senior expert in the Ministry of Development and Technology, where he drafted and analyzed regulations for the renewable energy sector and energy communities in order to implement EU directives into the national legal system. 

Bartłomiej is a graduate of Jagiellonian University in Krakow, graduate of American Law School organized by The Catholic University of America, Columbus Law School in Washington DC in cooperation with Jagiellonian University and a graduate of the School of German Law organized by Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn in cooperation with Warsaw University. Bartłomiej is the author and co-author of numerous scientific and journalistic publications on the energy sector and energy democracy in the regulatory and economic context.  He was a  speaker at numerous scientific and industry conferences. Scholarship holder of the IX edition of the "Energy Academy". Academy of Energy" of the Lesław A. Paga Foundation.

Currently, Bartłomiej is preparing a doctoral dissertation on energy law and sociology of law in the external mode at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
