How does Bartosz bring EY’s mission to life?
In his day‑to‑day work, Bartosz focuses on developing a team of specialists and enthusiasts working across the broad field of data, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence. He is proud that many of his colleagues, regardless of their location, achieve success and grow as leaders and experts.
The projects he values most are those that are pioneering and innovative, while at the same time having a positive impact on the quality and efficiency of his clients’ services and the products they create. When asked about his best project, he answers — somewhat paradoxically — “the one I haven’t delivered yet.”
Bartosz takes a pragmatic view of technology, seeing it as a tool that should accelerate the execution of an organization’s strategy and the achievement of business goals. In Bartosz’s view:
“AI technology in itself does not create a competitive advantage. What matters is how it is implemented by people who know how to use it effectively and responsibly.”
