During over 20 years of professional practice in integration companies and Big 4, Jacek developed specialized teams, consisting of dozens of people. Each time, he tried to notice market needs early enough and to be at the forefront of service trends in the area of cybersecurity, which allowed him to build trust in relations with clients and partners. At the same time, he supported team members in fulfilling their passions and developing talents.
During the last 4 years spent at EY, Jacek has largely devoted his time to building the new DNA of the Polish EY Cybersecurity Team. He has reached a new quality of services, including the implementation of projects, SOC operations, and engineering services in the area of Cloud Security. Jacek is able to skillfully combine them with traditional EY Cybersecurity services such as consulting, pen tests and compliance.
Since April 2022, Jacek has been the leader of the Polish cybersecurity practice.
How Jacek implements the EY mission: "building a better working world"
“I believe in people and their unique value, not only for the team and associates, but most of all for our clients and the world around us. At EY, we support development and passion, often discovering talents. The Interdisciplinary Cybersecurity Team, thanks to its international experience, supports our clients not only in the fields of effective strategy building, threat detection and implementation of corrective actions, but also in assessing the level of cybersecurity maturity in each key area of the company's operation. "
One of the initiatives consistent with the EY mission supported by Jacek is the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence project. It involves the inclusion of people with a different neurodiverse profile in the cybersecurity team. According to Jacek, "each person is valuable in the team because different perspectives and views on the same aspects frequently bring beneficial and often surprising values to everyday work.”
