Jakub Ziółek

Jakub specializes in advising on real estate investments, collaborating with investment funds, developers, and construction companies on both domestic and cross-border projects. His skills include contract negotiations and transaction structuring, enabling him to effectively support clients in achieving their business goals.

At EY, Jakub is responsible for transactions involving real estate and other assets, their financing, as well as the execution of complex development projects. With many years of experience and in-depth market knowledge, he effectively advises clients at every stage of their investment journey – from planning to completion. The team of experts he leads combines legal and business expertise, providing comprehensive support tailored to individual needs. Collaborating with other EY Law departments and EY teams worldwide, he successfully delivers projects for clients across various industries, helping them achieve their strategic goals.

Jakub is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where he completed the Harvard Executive Education program. His achievements have been recognized in the industry, as evidenced by numerous awards and distinctions, including the title of Leading Individual awarded by the international ranking Legal 500 in 2023 and 2024. Additionally, he has been recognized by the LinkedIn community as a Top Voice in the field of commercial real estate.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University of Wrocław. Since 2009, he has been listed as a legal advisor by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
