Klaudia specializes in individual and collective labor law, providing advice to domestic and international clients from various sectors of the economy. She focuses on employment restructuring, including the transfer of undertakings and collective and individual redundancies.
She supports entrepreneurs in starting businesses in Poland by advising on optimal forms of employment, implementing global policies, and preparing documentation, including employment contracts and civil law agreements, ensuring their compliance with Polish regulations.
Klaudia conducts employee audits and participates in due diligence projects. She represents clients in court disputes and mediation proceedings. She actively participates in negotiations and drafts court and out-of-court settlements in all matters related to labor law, focusing on workforce reduction, combating mobbing, and non-compete agreements.
She assists employers in collaborating with trade unions, employee councils, and employee representatives. Klaudia advises clients on the company social benefits fund, employee capital plans, and stock option plans. She supports clients during inspections conducted by the National Labor Inspectorate (PIP).
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Kozminski University in Warsaw and the University of Lisbon (international exchange). In 2024, after completing her legal training, she successfully passed the professional exam and was admitted to the list of attorneys at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
