Passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, an expert in modern technologies for business. In EY Olena is responsible for driving innovation, cooperation with technology companies and VC funds.
Focusing on the innovation ecosystem, Olena works with the most promising companies and advises in areas related to business development, customer acquisition and financing, as well as building expansion and exit strategies for international markets. For over 7 years was associated with Microsoft where she held the role of Head of Startups in Poland. At Microsoft Olena was responsible for working with technology companies from Poland and CEE region, helping them to leverage Microsoft technology and create innovative and scalable solutions. She also cooperated with C-Level executives of Polish and international corporations, supporting corporate clients in accelerating digital transformation by implementing the most innovative technologies. She teaches at Lazarski University within the postgraduate program "Law in the business of new technologies".
