Zuzanna leads and actively contributes to projects in the fields of electricity, gas, and natural resources, consistently delivering top-quality outcomes and strategic value for clients across diverse sectors.

With nearly a decade of experience, Zuzanna offers deep expertise in energy law, environmental protection, and commercial law, gained through collaboration with both international and Polish clients. She works closely with industry organizations, supports clients in legislative processes, prepares legal opinions, and conducts comprehensive analyses of the impact of EU and national regulations. Zuzanna develops analytical strategies and advises on energy market agreements, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). She provides strategic legal support to clients in mining, oil and gas, transportation, and technology sectors, representing them before Polish administrative authorities, including the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and the Ministry of Climate and Environment.

Before joining EY Law, Zuzanna built her career at leading energy groups and international law firms, advising on complex legal, investment, and transactional matters in the energy, gas, and natural resources sectors. She is a member of the Association of Energy Law Lawyers and the author of numerous publications on energy law and EU law, with a particular focus on energy transition, regulatory frameworks, and sustainable development. Zuzanna actively participates in business and scientific conferences, delivers guest lectures at universities, and conducts professional training.

She holds a Ph.D. in law and is an attorney-at-law registered with the Warsaw Bar Association.
