• People - location strategy for hub and satellite (off-site) locations that include analysis of relocation scenarios.  Local market conditions for permanent and contract talent acquisitions, salary expectations and employment economic conditions.  Usage of third party testing service providers for onsite and offsite testing delivery.
• Process – testing lifecycle re-engineering to deliver a shift-left testing process.  Embedding requirements and user story static testing approaches for economical defect detection.  Establishment of Risk-Based Testing processes to focus testing efforts.  Problem Management process for efficient defect handling in multi-vendor delivery projects.
• Technology – planned and skilled implementation of the chosen technology and tooling solutions to automate labor intensive aspects of testing as well as integrating functional test automation into wider agile and DevOps based delivery processes.
