Acting as the primary or supporting change agents we enable the delivery of the Testing Excellence Center change programme whilst in-flight project portfolios continue to be delivered. The design and build of the three pillars include the following:
People - location strategy for hub and satellite (off-site) locations that include analysis of relocation scenarios. Usage of third party testing service providers for onsite and offsite testing delivery.
