Anca initially joined EY Romania in 2006, with a break between March 2012 and December 2014, before joining EY Portugal in January 2015. Between March 2012 and December 2014, she coordinated the reporting function of the leading healthcare services provider in Romania, a group comprising 12 companies. Throughout her career, she has been involved in a significant number of financial due diligence projects across a wide range of sectors, including renewable energy, power & utilities, industrials, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, media and entertainment, retail and wholesale, consumer products, transportation and logistics services, serving a variety of clients including both private equity funds and strategic investors. With a transaction-focused profile and extensive experience in due diligence projects across multiple sectors, she has the expertise required to support the financial aspects of transactions. She has held a degree in International Business and Economics from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies since 2006 and has been a member of ACCA UK since 2011 (FCCA).
