António is a Partner at EY in the Strategy and Transactions practice, where he leads the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Valuation, Modeling & Economics (VME) teams.
He currently leads the Diversified Industrial Products (DIP) sector in Portugal.
His areas of expertise include financial advisory services in valuation, financial modelling, Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), business plans, feasibility studies, Power Purchase Agreements, and M&A transactions (including sell-side advisory, buy-side advisory, and Management Buy-Out projects).
Throughout his professional career, he has coordinated and delivered numerous projects in Portugal, Angola, Cape Verde, Mozambique and the United States.
He holds a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto, as well as two postgraduate qualifications in Auditing and Finance & Taxation.
