Brian is the EY EMEIA IFRS 17 Leader, leading a multi-disciplinary team helping to implement IFRS 17 across multiple locations, covering technical interpretation through to asset development and deployment. He is core to the development of our next wave of insurance finance solutions.
With 25 years of experience, he focuses on advising multi-national insurance groups on finance related subjects across all continents. He has worked for the organization in the UK, Netherlands, and Switzerland.
Brian also leads innovation in IFRS 17 audit – developing and deploying tools, accelerators, processes, and assets to improve quality and efficiency, as insurers progress through IFRS 17 implementation and enter the audit period.
Brian holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Bristol.
