Carla is Co-Leader of EY Portugal’s Managed Services practice, overseeing the management, monitoring and maintenance of clients’ outsourced operational and technology processes.
With more than 24 years of professional experience in project management and business development within multinational consulting firms, Carla has held leadership roles in technology, process organisation and optimisation, and business process outsourcing services throughout her career.
She began her career at Accenture, working on organisational transformation and information systems implementation projects, while also gaining experience in other areas.
Over the course of her career, Carla has delivered business value and growth for clients across a wide range of industries. Her international experience includes managing projects in countries such as the Netherlands, Spain, Angola and Israel. In addition, from Portugal, she has led national and international projects supported by a team of more than 3,000 professionals, delivering services in 13 different languages.
