David is a Principal in EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Strategy and Execution practice.
With more than a decade of consulting experience, he supports clients throughout acquisition processes by identifying synergies, conducting operational and IT Due Diligence reviews, and preparing and implementing post-transaction integration programmes. In the same context, he also helps clients divest assets they wish to sell, carve out or monetise, enabling their removal from the existing business ecosystem.
David is also the leader of EY Portugal’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, where he works closely with all service lines to bring together the best team to address the most complex client challenges.
He holds a degree in Economics from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, a postgraduate qualification and a Master's degree in Technology and Information Systems from ISG, as well as an MBA in General Management from Católica | Nova, The Lisbon MBA.
