Hélder is an ITTS Partner, leading the Transaction Tax practice, particularly in relation to tax due diligence engagements. He has extensive experience in all tax aspects related to transactions, including due diligence, structuring, model reviews, SPA advisory, post-acquisition integration, and more. He has been involved in more than 1,000 corporate and asset transaction projects, advising on inbound and outbound investments and divestments for private equity and corporate clients. He holds a degree in Business Management from the Instituto Superior de Gestão. He also holds postgraduate qualifications in Corporate Finance and Management Control from ISCTE, Taxation from the Instituto Superior de Gestão, and Tax Law from the Universidade de Direito de Lisboa.
