Hermano Rodrigues is currently a Principal at EY-Parthenon. He has more than 20 years of experience in strategy consulting across various national organisations, while also building a long-standing career in academia.
He has an extensive track record in meso- and microeconomic studies focused on competitiveness, innovation and internationalisation of companies and industries, as well as on collective business efficiency associated with clustering processes and global value chain upgrading. In the context of thematic, sectoral and cluster development studies, he has coordinated numerous projects and strategic plans across areas such as healthcare, construction, tourism, habitat, agribusiness, metalworking, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, paper, waste management, ICT, fashion, the blue economy, automotive, and the circular economy.
