Jesal leads the As-a-service Business Operations & Transformation solution in EY Americas Consulting. He and his team lead global companies through major business model shifts including transformation from perpetual and term to subscription and consumption models. Furthermore, he assists in the development of growth strategies for companies’ subscription and consumption revenues.                                             

With over 15 years of business and technology consulting experience, he is seasoned in developing transformation journeys and helping clients through them. To drive these journeys, he partners across EY’s service lines to bring a comprehensive outlook and focus on achieving business outcomes.

Jesal has a PhD and MS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and has worked across multiple industries including technology, manufacturing, consumer product goods and life sciences.
