João leads the Real Estate, Hospitality, Construction and Infrastructure practice in Portugal, Angola and Mozambique. He has more than 20 years of experience advising on real estate development investments, feasibility studies for construction and change-of-use projects, transactions, technical due diligence and project management.

In the utilities and industrial sectors, he has been actively involved in promoting best practices for optimizing asset lifecycle management and implementing Industry 4.0 strategies.

He holds a degree in Economics and a postgraduate qualification in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), specializing in Real Estate and Construction.
