Luís is currently a Manager in EY Portugal’s Cybersecurity team. He has more than nine years of professional experience, including over six years in consulting, working with clients across Portugal, Angola and Singapore. His areas of expertise include cybersecurity, risk management and compliance. He has participated in several cybersecurity-related initiatives and in working groups responsible for the review of NP ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and the translation of ISO/IEC 27701:2019. He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, a postgraduate qualification in European Studies and International Relations from NOVA FCSH, a Master in Finance, and a postgraduate qualification in Management (General Management Program) from Católica-Lisbon School of Business & Economics.
