How can a company thrive without increasing its environmental footprint? Contribute to wealth creation while also reducing the inequality gap? Become more productive while also promoting work/life balance? Remain customer-centric while also reaching underserved communities?
While I do not claim to have definitive answers, I believe that the tension and dialogue generated by these questions are part of the journey towards a better business world.
