I have open conversations with clients about what’s next. Rather than lament how things are, I get them to ask, 'How should things be?'. If you can imagine it, you stand a chance of doing it.

How Ross is building a better working world

“I try to help clients, both individually and collectively, to think about how things could be and imagine what’s really possible. It’s my job to give clients the confidence to use imagination and vision as a North Star to innovate and improve things.

I help institutionalize a mindset of continuous questioning, disruption and innovation by putting customers and stakeholders first and focusing everything clients do on delivering against their future needs. This creates opportunities to innovate and transform the ‘status quo’.”
