Rui Henriques is a Partner at EY Portugal, responsible for leading the Managed Services practice, which includes the development and positioning of integrated and scalable solutions for managing organizations’ critical processes across finance, tax, technology, risk, and other areas. He also leads the Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) practice within the PAM Cluster.
With more than three decades of consulting experience, he began his career at another consulting firm before joining EY in 2014, where he led the creation and expansion of the GCR practice. In 2018, he founded the Tax Technology & Transformation business, now integrated into GCR, with the objective of supporting companies in the digital transformation of their Tax and Finance functions.
Throughout his career, Rui has been involved in audit, transactions, tax consulting, outsourcing and co-sourcing of finance and tax functions, as well as digital transformation initiatives. Today, he coordinates the strategic positioning of EY’s Managed Services offering across the PAM Cluster, promoting solutions that combine technology, talent, and operational excellence.
