Sandra currently leads EY-Parthenon’s Public Policy Evaluation practice. She represents Portugal in EY’s EU Account in Brussels.
Over the past 20 years, she has participated in and coordinated the evaluation of around 35 public programmes across a variety of areas, including business incentives, innovation, research and development, financial instruments, regional development, urban regeneration, employment, training and development cooperation.
The analysis of economic and social impacts, whether of major projects or public policies, as well as the assessment of the economic value generated by activities and sectors, are also key areas of expertise in her work with public and private sector organisations.
She has extensive experience in coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams at both national and international levels.
