Susana is responsible for EY’s Compliance and Integrity offerings, including those related to obligations arising from recent anti-corruption and whistleblower protection legislation. Her work focuses on strengthening a culture of integrity, designing and implementing compliance programs, developing Third-Party Due Diligence models, implementing and managing whistleblowing channels, and other elements of compliance programs.
Before returning to Portugal in 2018, she had the opportunity to work for five years in Brazil and seven years in France.
Her areas of expertise include compliance, anti-corruption, and investigations, particularly in the Energy, TMT, and Healthcare sectors.
She has extensive experience in coordinating and delivering projects across multiple countries, including Portugal, Brazil, France, Angola, India, Canada, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and others.
She holds a degree in Management from the Faculdade de Economia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
