People Sustainability Breakfast & Dialogue at EY Gothenburg

We’re pleased to invite you to an invite-only event focused on advancing people sustainability.

This is an opportunity to connect with peers, share insights, and explore new ways of working with topics like employee wellbeing, inclusive leadership, and human rights.

Together with Malmö University, EY is analyzing how Swedish companies approach people sustainability in both sustainability reporting and practice. At this event we’ll share early insights from CSRD reporting. We will also present the People Sustainability Seminar Series, a new initiative aimed at supporting organisations in driving real change. Participants will be able to leverage insights from the collaboration with Malmö University as well as international leading practices based on analyses of over 400 companies globally in this area and share experiences.

The Seminar Series is aimed at organisations that want to:

  • Drive real and measurable change in people sustainability, e.g. in relation to inclusion, equity, and human rights.
  • Learn from international leading practices and adapt them to their organization's conditions and operations.
  • Strengthen their reporting and communication with benchmarking and practical tools.
  • Take a leading role within their industry and be able to navigate as expectations and regulations change.

Please also indicate any dietary preferences or allergies.
