Andreas is a partner at EY and works primarily in the Private Equity sector. Andreas’ typical clients are venture capital-owned or owner-led growth companies aiming to reach the stock exchange within five years.
Since 2015, Andreas has been IPO Leader in Sweden and the Nordic countries. This means that he coordinates the service offer within EY’s four business areas regarding initial public offerings and capital market transactions.
Andreas is also head of FAAS Capital Markets – a team made up of professionals in transaction consulting, corporate governance and corporate law.
Andreas holds a master’s degree in Law.
How Andreas is building a better working world
Andreas is passionate about motivating and developing EY’s employees. Consequently, in addition to his roles as partner in charge of clients and missions, he holds a number of People and Talent oriented roles within the Nordic EY organization. For example, he is coach or mentor to a number of both young and more experienced employees in Sweden and in the wider Nordic area.
In addition to his work with capital market transactions, Andreas is also interested in sustainability and regularly works together with EY’s professionals on sustainability consulting projects. In particular, Andreas works to increase clients’ understanding in the Sustainable Finance area, one that he predicts will be among the major global trends in the coming years.
