Åsa joined EY in 2024, bringing extensive experience in payroll and accounting. Since entering payroll market in 2008 and payroll outsourcing in 2011, she has held strategic leadership, business development and project management roles. She is skilled at building and challenging payroll functions, identifying project risks and improving efficiency through automation. Since 2016, she has also contributed to advisory boards for payroll education programs, helping align future payroll professionals’ training with evolving workforce needs.
