Ross is the Nordic Trade Policy Lead and a Director in Tax and Law at EY Norway.

He leads EY's trade policy and economic security agenda across the Nordic region, advising multinational businesses, investors, and government stakeholders on the strategic implications of trade policy, industrial policy, economic security, and market access.

His work helps organizations navigate an increasingly complex global environment in which government policy influences where companies invest, build, hire, source, and compete.

Ross advises clients on trade policy reforms, tariff and trade remedy measures, economic security controls, supply chain resilience, customs and border frameworks, and strategic industries.

He supports organizations across a broad range of sectors as they assess the commercial impact of evolving regulatory and policy developments on global operations and investment decisions.

Ross began his EY career in EY’s Business Consulting service line moving into Tax and Law to focus on trade policy, economic security, and international commerce.

Prior to joining EY, he held roles focused on international trade, economic policy, and market access.

He holds an LLB from the Queensland University of Technology.
