Ulrika is the EMEIA Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility Leader. The sector is EY’s largest market segment in the Nordic region. Ulrika is also the global leader for Diversity and Inclusiveness within AM&M.
In addition to that Ulrika has the pleasure of serving one of our firm’s key global clients. In practice that means travelling all over the globe meeting client representatives in person.
Ulrika has extensive experience in client transformation - from product orientation, to service and solution focus, with technology as the enabler.
Ulrika holds a Master of Laws from Lund University, with additional studies in economics. She is also a Certified Tax Advisor and a proud member of FAR, the institute for the accountancy profession in Sweden.
How Ulrika is building a better working world
I am passionate about building client relationships and inclusiveness, especially in the automotive industry. I spend much time thinking about how to serve our clients in the best way. What is the most important aspect of sustainability for the automotive industry? How can they take advantage of new, modern business models, electricity, and autonomous solutions?
As a champion for Diversity and Inclusiveness within AM&M, I also help clients and account teams to create an inclusive culture in order to drive performance.
