EY SCALE is a 24-month accelerated program for aspiring young talents seeking to excel in the professional services industry. This program is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders.

From our four service lines, we offer a total of four distinct tracks - Assurance, Consulting, Tax and EY-Parthenon: Transformative Strategy and Transactions – each presenting a program structure to cater to your career aspirations. Program structure (24 Months)

Core service line immersion (18 Months)

As a management associate, you’ll join one of the highly integrated service lines in a primary track. Each track carries a unique rotation schedule that requires you to undertake two intensive nine-month rotations within your core service line. This immersion experience provides a fundamental groundwork for enhancing knowledge about the businesses, developing specialized skills and honing professional capabilities needed to excel within the service line.

Cross-service lines exploration (6 months)

In addition to your extensive immersion with your core service line, you will also embark on an exploration journey with another service line. Whether you opt for a longer stint in one team or explore two different teams for shorter periods, this broad-ranging experience offers an unparalleled perspective of our diverse businesses, helping you to map your unique journey within the EY organization.

Program eligibility

EY SCALE is open to fresh graduates across all disciplines and young professionals who possess the following qualities:

A second upper-class honors degree or equivalent in any discipline
An outstanding record of involvement in co-curricular activities
Proven leadership skills
Demonstration of diverse interests and a strong desire to learn
Less than two years of work experience

Shortlisted applicants are invited to join a track based on their academic background, professional qualifications and relevant experiences. Our selection process aims to align your strengths and interests with the tracks that best suit your career aspirations.

The program is open to all fresh graduates and young professionals from Singapore local universities who possess the following desired qualities and attributes:

Hold a second upper honors degree or equivalent in any discipline.
Have an excellent co-curricular activities (CCA) track record with proven leadership abilities.
Have less than two years of working experience.
Shortlisted candidates will undergo three rounds of assessment process consisting of an online psychometric evaluation, a panel interview with the Singapore Talent Leader and EY member firm Partners, and a final interview with the senior management team.
