He has worked extensively in various sectors to assist clients in meeting regulatory requirements for data protection, technology and risk. He has performed numerous information technology projects covering ERP systems, data analytics, pre- and post-implementation reviews and process reviews.

John holds the CISA, CISM and CRISC certifications from ISACA, and is a certified business continuity professional, DRI International. He is also an International Association of Privacy Professionals member and holds an MBA.
