As a Partner within EY People Advisory Services Tax, Joost supports global workforce mobility strategy and technology for some of the firm’s key clients. With more than 20 years of experience within People Advisory Services, Joost works closely with large global multinational organizations and EY global mobility professionals.

Additionally, he has harnessed vast experience working on tax, social security, and pension and labor law, both from a cross-border and national perspective. Joost has been involved in large outsourcing projects and key M&A deals with a wider focus on HR.

He earned his doctorate in Labor and Social Security from Tilburg University.
